I didn’t feel like the salon was very clean, and the cuticle work was not done very well. I showed her a lighter color, but she used a much darker shade. The nails were also not shaped or finished in a clean, professional way. I dod pedicure I There is still some product or residue stuck around my feet that wasn’t properly cleaned off, and my feet have been very itchy since the service. Overall, I was not happy with the service and I will not be going back to this salon.
I’m very disappointed. Less than 24 hours after my manicure and pedicure, the polish is already damaged. I felt the appointment was rushed due to several walk-ins being accommodated during scheduled appointments. Considering I paid nearly $100 and have a wedding today, I expected much better quality and something that last more than 24h. Usually it last more than 2 weeks
I had such a great experience here. I wasn’t feeling my best when I came in, but the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive — especially Johnny. He took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very calming. I truly appreciated the extra care and would definitely recommend this salon.
